About Rivers Crossing
Rivers Crossing sits on the west side of McCall, at a bend in the Payette River, with trails, river common area, and a short walk over Sheepherder’s Bridge toward downtown.

The community is a collection of view homesites — from compact lots to a few acres — folded into ponderosa pine along the river. Homes here were largely built from the mid-2000s through the late 2010s.
Common ground includes a clubhouse with pool, spa, and fitness space; fishing access on the river; and more than two miles of trails for walking and biking. Sheepherder’s Bridge connects the neighborhood to Riverfront Park and the short walk into town.
The homeowners association cares for those shared spaces and the standards that keep the neighborhood consistent. Day-to-day member business — dues, documents, and requests — runs through the AppFolio portal.
