What to send where
Questions, dues, and requests
Sign in to AppFolio to message the board or management, pay assessments, and submit architectural or work-order requests.
Portal access
Open AppFolio to create a login, recover a password, or request access for your address. First-time members should look for the invitation on the email on file with the association.
Emergencies
Call 911. For power outages, contact Idaho Power. AppFolio is not monitored around the clock.
